Puzzle games are fun... or not, it's subjective
But often a puzzle game loses its playability once you know the solution. So, how do you make them replayable? Now, I find the Lolo games to be rather replayable - but they are less about knowing the solution and more about how to perform it - kinda like how Portal does and stays fun --- "Salt cures Everything!" I can say the way to make them repeatable is to not play them for a while. Certain games, like Professor Layton, have so many puzzles, you may forget again. I also heard the Witness has replayable in it's puzzle, IIRC...
