The dlc purchased by one account, can be used by all accounts on that ps4. Not sure about transferring a save.

It is not my primary PS4 though. I couldn't tell you for sure if it works on PS4, but on xbox as long as you're signed into (online) with the account that owns the DLC it should work. So you'd sign into both your main PSN (DLC account) and the guest account (game save). If it doesn't let you multi sign in like that then I think you might have to just restart, or get your buddy you gameshare with to buy it on his account maybe (or whoever has the "primary" account on the console). --- a ...
