There's never been any large scale reputable studies that show any correlation between testosterone levels and political views as far as I know.

It's really just a meme to try to delegitimize the left and make it seem like a boogyman to men who care too much about the appearance of masculinity to base their political views on it. Just like when the left calls the other side racists, bigots, etc. to delegitimize their side and be a boogyman to people who care too much about virtue signalling and are afraid of appearing racist or whatever so they'll choose that side.

It's really just all fluff and shit flinging from both sides that does nothing constructive or lead to any sort of progress.

Edit: and if you mean the literal meaning of the dumb "soyboy" phrase, no, soy doesn't lower your testosterone levels or raise your estrogen levels. It's not even treated the same way by the body.
