Are you sure you're just not anxiety ridden? Calm down and probably try wearing some kinda shirt that doesn't show the sweat marks as much.

There are prescription antiperspirants for that. [ETA: Drysol is one. Couldn't remember the name before.]
For OTC, have you tried Mitchum SmartSolid? It's not so easy to find now, but supposedly it works. (I don't use it myself, so this is secondhand advice.) --- ___ Sari, Mom to DS (07/04) and DD (01/08) ... Copied to Clipboard!

Honest question, how much do you exercise? Hit the treadmill 4 times a week, push yourself, and sweat it out. Give it a month or two, and daily activities will stop making you sweat.

https://health.howstuffworks.com/wellness/men/sweating-odor/underarm-sweat-pads.htm I'll look into this, thanks Johnny_Nutcase posted... Are you sure you're just not anxiety ridden? Calm down and probably try wearing some kinda shirt that doesn't show the sweat marks as much. It might be but I don't really think it is, I usually wear dark colors so I usually don't have to worry about it, but the other day I had to wear a blue button up and it was pretty bad. It's usually not too bad until I have to put my coat on or something, after that it gets terrible. Sariana21 posted... There are prescription antiperspirants for that. [ETA: Drysol is one. Recently I've been playing basketball at the rec center 2-3 times a week for at least an hour or two, that's about all the exercise that I get. The funny thing is, I barely sweat at all when working out it's weird. Ray-Ray posted... put down the fork My diet might play a part in it, but I'm not overweight or anything though. i have this problem, it used to get so bad that i'd sweat through hoodies & jackets, even when i was freezing cold.
go to CVS and buy a deoderant called Certain Dri. Every night, before bed, take a shower, and when you get out, apply Certain Dri to your pits. in the morning put on regular deoderant. after a few days of this you should see a significant decrease in sweating. if this doesnt work go to a doctor and get prescription strength deoderant --- ... I tried Cetrain Dri a couple years ago and it didn't really work for me, but I guess I wasn't really applying it properly. I might try that again.
