Are you sure you're just not anxiety ridden? Calm down and probably try wearing some kinda shirt that doesn't show the sweat marks as much. It might be but I don't really think it is, I usually wear dark colors so I usually don't have to worry about it, but the other day I had to wear a blue button up and it was pretty bad. It's usually not too bad until I have to put my coat on or something, after that it gets terrible. Sariana21 posted... There are prescription antiperspirants for that. [ETA: Drysol is one. Couldn't remember the name before.] I haven't tried either of those, I'll look into both of them, thanks. MabusIncarnate posted... Honest question, how much do you exercise? Hit the treadmill 4 times a week, push yourself, and sweat it out. Give it a month or two, and daily activities will stop making you sweat. Recently I've been playing basketball at the rec center 2-3 times a week for at least an hour or two, that's about all the exercise that I get. The funny thing is, I barely sweat at all when working out it's weird. Ray-Ray posted... put down the fork My diet might play a part in it, but I'm not overweight or anything though. I've been trying to drink a lot more water recently as well, I'll try to see if that makes a difference. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
