This will sound really weird, but... I just got another controller and it works perfectly in the main menu, but in-game it seems glitched. For example, L3 works just fine in Dark Souls 3, but when I play Star Wars Battlefront 2, it will not work. When I play DS3 and I use the R2 button, it won't work. Works fine in Battlefront.

What's the deal?

Sounds like a problem with the game/software rather than the controller. Have you tried mapping the buttons? If it's possible that is.

Try reset the controller. There's a pinhole underneath the touchpad.

And you've hit the reset button on the back.. Sounds dumb but have you tried connecting your controller to another console?

Even weirder: the R3 is also acting stupid in Battlefront 2, but ONLY if i'm playing a character with a lightsaber. Blaster? Works. Lightsaber? No.

I'm just going to have to return it.
