Just watching this fix your restaurant type show. Its same kind as Gordon Ramsay, but this is Finnish version and has no Ramsay.

One of the owners is very tired, can't get her work done in the kitchen and is anemic. She is old woman and her white parts in her eyes have turned very yellow. Haven't seen a doctor and just blames depression...like everyone keeps kinda hinting that she has something very bad going on, but she just don't get it...

yeah, iirc this is something that can happen if you have some types of cancer.

My David had eyes like that due to stone in the gall tubes. Its a buildup of bilirubin due to different causes. Also called icterus.

His skin was yellow too
