This resort town 30 minutes from the airport almost feels like the Philippines. The people even look similar. Unfortunately Im with my mom and I have no money of my own. I have to pester her for some money to buy cigarettes. 22K Rupiah which is close to the price back home 80pesos. Im not the picture taking type so I probably will only have my memories of this place. Is terrorism still a big threat here? Im not the swimming type so I wont go to the beach. Is there a hooker scene here? Is it easy to pickup chicks here?

Spent 10 days in Bali (Legain and Ubud) and the Gili Islands nearby for a week.
Yes there is a hooker scene and yes it can be very easy to hook up with a local. Just be careful because set ups are known to happen on unsuspecting foreigners (basically happened to me, had to flee Bali). --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? ... Copied to Clipboard!
