You mean realistic fears, or what's the worst possible thing i can think of to ever happen to me?
Anyways, i go with realistic ones. 1. Needing to become completely independent, without no one to ever help me again. I have no friends, only close family are my parents and sister. If i lost them all, or they moved somewhere really far, i would be completely alone. I have no driving license either. If i had to do 100% everything myself it would make my life really difficult. Hell, i have difficulties to get through my days even when i don't have to do anything, because of my mental health issues. 2. Dental work. I would rather chop one of my toes off with an axe than get a root canal, or tooth pulled. Hell, even get one cavity filled gets me extremely scared, and i tend to immediately change channel if i see any dental stuff on tv. Lesser ones, but still pretty bad ones. Swimming in lakes, rivers and such. Oceans are pretty scary too. Snakes. --- Can't think any good sig ... Copied to Clipboard!

In terms of horror movie style things, probably being buried alive inside a coffin - those terrifying final hours of silence and darkness and being unable to move until your air runs out.
