Rather, ANYTHING that can go against god did it or gods plan was the work of the devil...which makes this even worse according to him God is so spiteful that hed send a scientist to the entity they hate the most to be tortured. So they hate the devil but in a way theyre happy that god essentially works with him to punish people?

We can make inferences on what happens to blasphemers like Hawkings based on verses like this:

Luke 12:10 - And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.

Matthew 12:31-32 - Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

etc. Repentant sins are forgiven but blasphemy directly is put on another level. Hawkings spent his entire life speaking out against the existence of God.
