It's meat substitute, the pulled one feels like pulled pork with the fibers etc, but it's a bit more spongy so you still feel it's not 100% meat, but very close. It's BBQ flavored the one I used.

It's not vegan this dish, since I made the avocado sauce with some sour cream. But you can go vegan if you want and not just use it, will just be bit less creamy and have that nice tang from the sour cream.

Tortillas are white corn tortillas, I made hard shells of half of them.

I have tomatoes, red onion and a bean mix in sauce in it.

The avocado sauce is:
1 avocado
Like 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream
Grated peel of 1 lime
Juice from half a lime
2-4 teaspoons Mirin
Chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

Yeah, nice presentation too. I haven't had meat substitute yet, though, so I couldn't really judge the preparation.

Why I said "taco" was due to the bbq flavor of the oumph, has no taco spices.
