It isnt and will get an injunction then struck down, most likely by SCOTUS.

Maybe it just requires them to collect the information and keep it in their file rather than actually communicate it?

In any event I doubt they give a shit if it's legal or not... it's purely political IMO.

Thats not how patient/doctor confidentiality works and has nothing to do with it. All that data is already being collected and are part of your past medical records. Hell anything you tell them gets jotted down and put into your file.

They can't ban abortion completely so they make the process as hard, invasive, and unappealing as possible. They're just doing it to pander to hardcore pro life and/or religious folk who don't really care about children cause they don't mind children's healthcare being harder to get or their lives being harder in general.

You guys really think this is just about statistics and records? It's to shame women.

After reading this topic I can't take TC seriously any more. He thinks that doctors don't keep medical records.
