Also, the AK is fucking amazing. Two rounds at center mass takes down basic enemies. Makes short work of VIPs and heavys too.

I've just been getting headshots with either the bow or sniper rifle. And I just got the better ammo...

I'm the opposite. I use the bow and knife so much in 4. Rarely anything else except a grenade launcher. And now, I've been using the sniper rifle more than the bow. Haha.

I don't stealth, ever. So AK is my homie. Him and cheeseburger. Also, once I realized with grace you can push her directional button when targeting an enemy to have her one shot it, it's a godsend. She downs planes in two hits and kills everything else in one lol.

I cleared an outpost by just using the target command with Jess and have her silently pick off every enemy.

I usually call in Hurk, Nick or Adelaide for planes... Though I like that Hurk can target both land and air vehicles with a rocket launcher. I think that's what he has.

Wow lmao I just did a prepper's stash that required me to climb to the top of a mountain peak and when I got there there were a couple NPCs fighting off a dozen or more eagles and the eagles were rollin' hard.

I kind of miss towers, but I understand a lot of people were sick of them, and prepper stashes are a nice replacement.

I liked Dutch's line at the beginning when you have to climb a tower to restore power. "Don't worry kid, I ain't gonna make you climb towers all over the county...."

That was a rather nice jab at themselves for incorporating it in almost every single friggin' game. I am glad they moved away from it, these Prepper Stashes are all unique and it feels good to solve them, as opposed to just jumping up a tower >_>.

Also... You can have the helicopter pilot AND airplane pilot supporting you at the same time. I feel like some badass special forces operator with close air support.

I might have to swap out Adelaide for someone else... She died somehow and now when she respawns she just spawns in the air without a helicopter. Like she's just floating up there and she can't move :(

Everytime there's stuff in the air, I call both of them. If one of them dies, though it usually doesn't happen, then I'll also call Hurk. Haha.

Slightly related note, decided to take a break from the game (I've been playing it almost as much as I can since it dropped), loaded up this movie called Nudist Colony of the Damned... and it's about a friggin' cult!

Man I can't get away from this stuff.

Been playing all day, really enjoying it. I preferred FC4's setting I think. I was more interested in that world, each choice felt much more complex, where here I'm just going from random mission to mission. But I'm enjoying it. FC has the GOAT FPS gameplay imo

Do they ever explore Faith's background throuhghout the story?

Already found [Faith-specific spoilers] a few notes about "her" and I'm kinda curious to know what the ultimate explanation is.

Well, just had a couple weird kings happen. Was doing a quest where I needed a helicopter. I let Adelaide fly, and for no reason at all, she attempted a water landing...

Also, had to do a quest with a specific vehicle. But you can't have GFHs. So when I got too close, Grace had to leave. She kicked me out of the car I needed for the quest and took off with it...

I am doing the Hard fishing spots to beat the records and unlock the rod (teehee) and this guy kept repeating every 5 seconds "Teach a man to fish..." and "I could teach you a life lesson if you're interested" and shit like that and I came really close to shooting him in the face but I decided to talk to him and he talked about the importance of thinking about your actions and that most people don't stop to differentiate between what matters and what doesn't and that not every problem can be solved with a bullet.

Thought it was kinda ironic since I was about to plug him just a few moments prior.

Man the achievements in this game are weird.
There's one for killing a bull with your bare hands and one for killing bison with a melee weapon, but nothing for getting 100% completion, or completing all the side content >_>.

You know, Pagan Min and Vaas were monsters and probably worse overall than the Seeds but goddamn I think I hate them much more if not only for their smug faces.

I kind of like the Seeds so far. They're not as good as Pagan Min or Vaas, but they have a weird charisma about them. Although I haven't done much in Jacob's territory, so I haven't seen much of him yet. But I like the other three.
