KILBOTz 03/23/18 7:34:19 PM #5:	no but ive made a handful of people cry. sometimes in my company (mostly the couple of times i fired someone/demoted someone) and a few times with suppliers outside the company. last one was a deal a lady and I negotiated (she was the supplier contracts representative). I got the terms and conditions I wanted, 4 or 5 months she calls me saying the agreement is wrong and these terms need change, I say no, I have a signed contract, that is the contract. She starts crying how she was up for a promotion but this contract is hurting her chances and my response was basically "I see."
