Also, a remote position that I applied to got back to me.

It's fully commercial and pays $10k more.

I got it done in like 2 months went to apply for appartments got call telling me they have one in a month waited till then found some furniture and had it all arranged a 2 weeks before moving in

Congrats on the remote gig opportunity. It's hard to land one of those. It'll probably be the next thing I look for once the stock at my current company vests completely.

some of it is.... not so much the moving day. it's so damn stressful.
at some point in this lifetime when the apartments get sold i'll have to save up some deposit money if they ever plan to evict everyone out of the complex. (would do everything in my power to keep the dog) as well until it's quality of life goes downhill bad.

would have 3 months to find a place under the law.
