I basically had to pilot the galleon myself over to a skeleton bounty mission, and when I found the skeletons, half of my crew were on the ship trying to leave and the other was wandering around the island asking if he can be the captain. So I left and ended up joining a crew of some pretty chill dudes. I asked them to head for the skull fort in the distance. The guy controlling the ship gave out instructions for us to move the sails and piloted the ship perfectly. We fought off the skeleton hordes and cashed in the forts loot and called it a night.
