Capital punishment is reserved for only the absolute worst of the worst. Even outright first degree murder probably wont land someone with a capital punishment unless the offender was particularly heinous about it.

There he jumped out and got in the middle of the driveway, accosted a woman; banging on her window for money, she gave him money and while he's doing that I backed out and got out of there," said the victim.

She considers herself very fortunate to have made it away from him without being hurt, but she isn't the only person he has done this to.

That said this certainly isnt the repeat offender to make the poster boy for this. Doesnt sound death penalty worthy. Not with 2 confirmed offenses of a minor-moderate nature.

I believe he got sent to jail more than twice but after getting out of jail he continued what he was doing, indicating that he likes doing it and hes a very malicious person.

I'd get out and tell him to get the fuck out of my truck. If he didn't I'd like to think I'd be clear headed enough to just call the cops, but I could totally see myself walking around to the passenger side and raining bombs in on the guy.

Well Aaron Michael Baker seems like a person who likes doing heinous crimes to me.

He got arrested multiple times for aggressive panhandling and each time he got out of jail he continued his actions because he knows its very easy to intimidate people into letting him do what he wants to do.

The death penalty might cost more than locking him up in jail forever, but in the long wrong it will likely cost less.
