I been losing weight and started logging what I eat with an app and finally forcing discipline. I started eating more veggies/fruits since fiber keeps me from over eating and snacking on trash. I would eat 2 eggs w/ spinach and fruit for breakfast.

When I log any veggie my app's micronutrients blow up. The eggs look like empty calories. The only vitamin/mineral it raises a meaningful amount is b12 and some shit called selenium gomez. Even my grains have as much protein without counting the chicken breast I put on it. Maybe that's why people drink 10 of them raw from a blender. That doesn't seem worth remapping my calorie count for. What makes eggs a nutritional powerhouse?

Eggs are good. The reason eggs are 100 is other foods are compared against egg to determine biological value.

I used to eat scrambled eggs and they never filled me up and just made me feel depressed but I started eating fried eggs and it fills me up for the whole day how does that work
