Current Events > skyrim is frustrating me with crashing.

everytime i go to riverwood or open the map, it CTDs.

i don't know what is causing it. none of my mods conflict and i've never had this problem before except for the past week.

anyone know what's going on?

It looks jumbled up, I went to different sites and they generally recommend this broad order:

Patches and bug fixes
Unofficial Skyrim Patch
Buildings, dungeons, and other mods that add or change locations in the overworld
Any mods that declutter or remove unnecessary objects to improve FPS and performance
Changes to NPCs and AI
Changes to your characters skills, combat, leveling, etc
Textures
Music and sound effects
Weather and lighting goes last

And then anything that specifically says it goes on the bottom, put it in the bottom, following the same general pattern.

It makes a massive difference. I had some weather mods loaded before landscape and texture mode, it looked like crap. Changed the load order and it looks crisp and clean af.

The engine the 32bit version uses is shite. Special Edition uses the far more stable 64bit version. Play that one instead.
