I played through the prologue, and did a couple of the missions once I got my ship back. So I got a few points/questions to ask about the game.

I plan on playing solo offline. Is this possible in the game? Is there anyway I can remove the chat off my screen since I am not going to play online?

There is a crazy amount of customization in this game. Holy balls! Is all/most of these customization able to obtained in the game? I don't have a problem buying some stuff or whatever if I really like it. After all the game was free.

Being from the creators of Dark Sector, I could be more pleased with it visually and gameplay. It's not a Dark Sector sequel, but it's the closest thing I am going to get to one, so I'll take it.

If you've played it, what's your experience with the game? Did you like it? Why or why not?

i played a little bit on xbox one as well, did not like the game at all

i found it kind of confusing at first since a lot of stuff isn't easily explained, and once i got into it i started realizing how grindy warframe is.

i also hate the art style, everything looks like it's from a David Cronenberg movie or something. I remember looking at the shop of the different costumes i could get for my character and thinking that absolutely none of them looked appealing to me.

i dont think you can play offline either, i think a large portion of the game is doing open world stuff on the plains of edilon or whatever it's called

You have to have an online connection to play at all, even if you play solo because everything is linked to a timer. Missions, alerts, etc. You can turn off the chat in the options though.

Most of the cosmetic stuff does require real money, but all of the weapons and frames can be gained for free in various ways.

But yes Warframe is a very grindy game and doesn't explain a lot of things well. I recommend becoming very familiar with the wiki.

I will defiantly agree with ya'll that absolutely nothing is explained. I just kept doing what the chick in my head (that I'm calling Navi) said until I got to my ship. I figured then maybe some explanation of things. But nope, arsenal and market menus that are confusing and nothing explained but here's your next mission.

Thank god this game did come out in the age of the internet. I remember having to call Nintendo and buy a map they mailed to me when I got lost in Metroid.
