I want to send a word file that contains multiple other word files via email. So can I send the "main" folder that contains folders A-Z? Whenever I try to select it to attach it just opens the "main" folder, making me think I'd have to make each A-Z folder an individual attachment.

Is the main folder on a shared drive on a secured server?

I would say secured. It's on the remote desktop that I have to log into each day.
