o RACIST Kid says his School DISCRIMINATED him because he's Autistic!

Yes No View Results 22 y/o Robert McDougal, a College Student from California carved SWASTIKAS and the N-WORD on campus security vehicles is suing is community college for DISCRIMINATION because he's autistic!! He's facing felony vandalism charges for defacing vehicles at Orange Coast College and was suspended for 2 years. But now he's filed a civil lawsuit against the college claiming they discriminated him because of his disability that alleges negligence, emotional distress, battery, assault and false imprisonment The lawsuit states "OCC was grossly negligent in handling this situation. OCC harassed Robert and discriminated against him because of his disabilities. The damage to Robert'simage and reputation is irreparable" It started in February 2017 when he got a B in cheistry and repeatedly emailed his instructor, Amy Hellman to ask for a retake with the aid of a calculator which he forgot durin gthe test. Emails show she declined his request and from that point he barged into the classroom while a lesson was in place and he was escorted out by police. He then ran back when they weren't looking and sprinted back in circles around the classroom!! But his side of the story is different as he claims he was "upset and fixated" on how a quiz will affect his "A" grade in class. It says he "impulsilvely dropped the class, then immediately tried to get reinstated into the class". He claims she agreed to let him retake the quiz with 2 questions he missed out on because of a calculator and be reinstated in the class. He arrived but was told to wait outside until her class was over but suddenly he was escorted out as he was confused. The police said he was pepper sprayed after he kicked the guards and then called one of them the N-word Following this, he's been suspended until March 2019 as a restraining order was granted that banned him from the college for contacting his teacher repeatedly and harassing her. In one he wrote "Haha, you guys are not doing a very good at keeping me from going to class are you?" 4 days after the restraining order, he slashed 2 tires of a security car and carved swastikas and the N-word onto the hoods.. He was arrested for vandalism, disturbing public school, remaining on cmapus without consent, resisting a public or peace officer, disobeying a domestic relations order.
