Let me tell you about Spectrum.

I got their internet. They have to run a wire.

They don't bury the cable. I wait a week, since it had been raining a lot, so maybe they only bury cables when it's dry.

Nope. Call them. They say they'll be there within a week.

Nope. Two weeks later, the cable is buried.

But get this. When they buried the cable, they cut into the power line.

So now half my house is on the fritz, I'm panicking, calling electricians (also this was a Sunday afternoon in autumn so it gets dark at 5)

And then the power company rolls by, they're like "do you have power" I say kind of, they take a look, diagnose the problem, and a couple hours later it's fixed. For free.

So yeah. Fuck Spectrum.
