Sometimes they're so painful I can't raise my arm, sometimes they're so subtle I forget about them. Sometimes I get them massaged out, but there's always at least a single tiny one still there.

Have you had it checked out? It could be tendinitis, which can take up to a year to fully heal if you take care of it right.

ya know that'd be a great idea - to get it checked out. Instead of just letting my buddy, that took a few massage therapy classes back in CC, go to town.
