The last thing I ordered was just straight up MIA. Ordered two day, they shipped way late and the date was changed to "Was expected on.." But there was never any indication that the item was actually picked up or dropped off by anyone. You also seem to have to jump through an annoying amount of hoops to contact them now, I don't remember it being like that before. Is everything that starts out great just destined to become shitty once they eliminate the competition? I used to always shop by the "Fulfilled by Amazon" but now I'd almost rather go third party with high feedback or use another website entirely. My experience has been totally opposite. I've been ordering a lot from Amazon lately and haven't had any issues. I'm not entirely sure how it works but I've noticed that if I order around the minimum amount ($25) then the order will take a while to arrive. If I place a larger order, say $60 or more, then I've noticed that it arrives in just a few days.
