Do you think anyone can learn to draw or is it something that some people can do(with work) and others can't.

If you keep doing it you will obviously get better and better. Some people have the upper hand though like being able to draw from memory but anyone can learn to draw with practice.

We possess the capability to draw, primarily you guys just lack patience. They get pissed after 20-30 minutes whereas people who can draw a bit take 2-3 hours. With technique and practice you'll get faster but if you ain't willing to put in a couple hours at the jump you won't get anywhere.

Drawing is like any other skill. Your ability(if not hindered by physical or mental impairment) is largely a direct result of your effort to improve and the time put in. You might learn quickly or slowly, but at the end of the day anyone who you would consider to be "good" at drawing has put in a lot of time and effort to get to that place.

And I personally was someone who didn't think I could ever learn to draw but I've been practicing for about 20-30 min per day for the last couple months and I can already tell that I've massively improved over my ability when I started.

Id compare it to playing the piano. In that, anyone can learn to play run of the mill hymns for a church, but, plainly, most people simply arent gonna be capable of being able to even somewhat competently rattle through Rachmaninoffs 3rd piano concerto, even if given a lifetime of preparation.

Mostly I draw faces right now. They're simple enough for me to do a bunch of them in my short period of practice time but I can make it more challenging by trying to draw them from different perspectives or with irregular features. Aside from that I do standard drawing exercises like trying to draw stuff sitting on my desk or trying to draw simple shapes from different perspectives. I'm still not very good yet though lol. But I'm working on it!
