gas > electric
gas stoves are the best. electric sucks because you don't have instant control of burner temp. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Most furnaces made in the last 30 years have automatic pilot lights. If your pilot light goes out and your furnace is just blowing cool air, you literally can just flick the power off to your furnace, wait a few seconds, and then flick the power back on. I've done this a few times and it always works. I did it at a friend's house once, too.
