He was initially charged with a single felony count of continuous sexual assault of a child. But after an investigation they made the grisly discovery of finding more than 3000 pictures and videos of child poronography on his massive hard drive and made the charges of 3191 counts!! Sheriff Greg Capers and Chief Dan Todd said it was nasty and grotesque as it's the worst of its kind that they ever encountered Only 4 of the victims were identified as they hope to identify more children and additional charges will be filed against him. 28 y/o Cody Franklin is also a person of interest in the case who appears to have a young child himself and is friends with James.
