I was getting onto a freeway, heading back from taking a friend to the doctors.

A very distinctive blue jeep (so many decals) was tailgating me dangerously as I'm passing 2 semi-trucks on the on-ramp. We pass the trucks, the jeep passes me on the right before I get a chance to get out of the way and speeds away recklessly. It quickly vanishes into the distance.

10 miles later, I'm pulling up to a stoplight and the same jeep is one car in front of me.

Moral of the story: Driving fast, aggressively, and recklessly doesn't actually get you anywhere faster while increasing the odds of getting a ticket and wrecking.

I don't agree. People need to learn self-control and not be cuddled by rules and safety nets.
