It involves a woman who's mistreated by her husband, including being forced into orgies with him and his friends, but she can't bring herself to leave him because he sexually enthralls her. Being a movie from 1950 it's not graphic, but it's fantastic nonetheless. One of my favorites by Kenji Mizoguchi.
