He took to twitter to say he would draft a bill that would ban Arie from the state if he got at least 1000 retweets. The controversy over the Bachelor contestant occurred when the 36 y/o proposed to 27 y/o Becca Kufrin from Minnesota before breaking it off on LIVE TELEVISION and then went after the one he DUMPED in the FINALE because he had unresolved feelings for the sexy 26 y/o blonde runner up, Lauren Burnham from Virginia!! You can't ban a citizen from a state Technically may depend on the state, although I'm not sure if it's actually constitutional.
