1) Wonder Woman (2017)
Best female superhero movie and one of the best superhero movies period.

2) Daughter of the Dragon (1931)
Fu Manchu story, but notable for early Asian-American lead, Anna Mae Wong. Despite some of the film's ugliness, it was actually a step forward for Hollywood in that it had two Asian-American leads and one of them got to be the hero.

3) Godzilla vs. Megaguirus (2000)
First(?) Godzilla movie to feature a female lead; a vengeful soldier.

4) Alice in Wonderland (1951)
Watching this one as an adult is kinda sobering when you consider just how much of an opioid trip it really is.

I don't imagine I'll go the whole month watching only movies with female leads, but I do like the way the month has started.
