My dads ex-wife of 20 plus years just had papers served to our front door wanting more child support and alimony over my step brother, who is 26 and literally just got fucking married and now they have a kid on the way.
Like...what? If he lawyers up he should be able to put her in the ground in court, right? He tried settling with her when he was still a minor and she refused. Now she pulls this shit? Brief history of this woman: Huge pill head. Fired from her nursing job for running an IV of morphine on herself. Absolutely hateful and cruel towards children. Guessing the argument is that the child support he provided was disproportionate to his income at the time and that shes repeatedly tried to collect the correct amount. Definitely lawyer up.
