I've only read up to part 5 but I really love King Crimson v Gold Experience Requiem. I was annoyed at how it seemed like a cheap "I win because infinite power" for Giorno but there's actually really cool logic to it. King Crimson destroys causality and erases Diavolo from the world. GER destroys outcome, and by attacking Diavolo, he never leaves the world of erased time, effectively taking him out of existence

In general, Gold Experience is inconsistent with its powers, but the general ability to create life is always a focus, and it comes out best when Giorno touches Guido's bullet and turns it into a stag beetle in Green Day's head. Guido and Buccelati are both great battlers, in fact. Part 5 is just so awesome with its action.

Things from 3 and 4 that stick out in my mind include PolPol and Jotaro fighting Anubis, and most stuff involving Crazy Diamond and Killer Queen.

His Muda Muda sounds so weak though.

They replaced Josuke's game voice actor, so I'm hoping they do the same for Giorno.

I love his muda, I think it sounds fine. He's like 15, he's not a Jotaro or DIO

He's only like 2 years younger than Jotaro. Jotaro was 17 in Stardust.

15-17 is a lot of puberty in between there, not to mention Giorno is a femboy compared to the builds of previous Jojos. he's not a muscleman

Josuke isn't a muscle man either, he's only 1 year older than Giorno, and he still has some powerful sounding DORA's. Both Josuke's too. Game and anime. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree here.

Does 6-8 get crazier than 5? I hear a lot of talk on 7 but people seem pretty silent about 6. I've seen a couple choice panels of 8 and it was totally wtf, the part 8 jojo was hanging out with killer queen?? dunno.

Part 6's final fight is fucking beautiful with how right before Pucci, the biggest shitbag villain yet who just effectively killed everyone but Emporio, truly achieves his goal, he just gets fucked over hard by the perfect counter of Burning Down The House + Weather Report to his abso-fucking-lutely busted Stand, all thanks to his own arrogance

it's just so satisfying

Not gonna spoil myself but I'll get to reading it right away. How is it length wise compared to 5

I hope when they do the 'villain changes the OP' gimmick in Part 5, it's not King Crimson erasing time, but instead Silver Chariot Requiem body swapping everyone

Honestly, Pucci was one of the best villains I've seen in the genre in ages. None of that naruto "let's spend a volume throughout the series, usually in two chunks mid-battle, to give some sympathetic factor to them".

Flipping back through part 5, Silver Chariot is even cooler than I remembered, on his stand stat page he's simply referred to as "Requiem" and is grayed out

Most Stand Battles aside from the final ones in the Parts are forgettable. That's a problem with procedural series; so much of it is skippable.

Jojo was much better before the Stands. Part 1 was mediocre, but Part 2 is great and the peak of the series.
