Excellent series. Shows the frustration on the police and civilian sides, delves into the complex dynamic of local government corruption and how that plays on the law enforcement / community relationship, and shows how a police force stretched too thin can easily lead to problems.

Just finished it. Amazing. Really see how human these cops are. See the frustration from everyone. Loved that 65 year old volunteer, really stand up guy.
