I need to contact career help. I have to schedule a drug test before I can start my job as a seasonal sortation associate. Problem is it gives me a message saying "Error: duplicate value found: unknown duplicates value on record" when I try to choose one of the available time slots. I haven't found a way to contact them and the time slots will likely all be taken in the next 24 hrs. If I can't contact them and if showing up and explaining my problem doesn't help either, my application will be removed from consideration, all because of a computer error.

There isn't. I simply filled an application at amazon.jobs when the site said it had openings in my area.

No, they administer oral drug tests. This is the third time I have to do it, and as they say "third time's the charm"... Now if they would've just sent me to orientation already instead of sitting on their hands for half a year until the previous drug test results "expired," then I wouldn't be having this problem.

huh... i'm actually working there now as seasonal sortation (5weeks now). they should have done the drug test at the group interview/orientation. it was just a saliva test, we administered it to ourselves.

maybe show up at a time slot and explain?

That's what I was planning on doing, but I found a way to contact them. Problem solved.

How's the sortation job? Do you like it? Does it feel like a workout? Do you just sort packages according to zip code or are there other things you do? @Krazy_Kirby

its a warehouse, you either:
unload packages from truck/boxes onto the conveyor belt.
pick packages from the belt and place onto racks.
scan packages into bags.

at the end you place the bags of packages and the oversized boxes onto racks for drivers to deliver.
