They're cheap for a working man probably. But we're talking about high school kids and mentally challenged people who can't work and see a handicap check of maybe 150 dollars per month.

lul your average privileged whiteboi creep makes like 800bux a year just from his birthday and christmas money, probably more. Same for thugs, its just a few petty thieveries here and there and he has a rifle to defend his boys.

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition. Are you saying you did something illegal?

How much is your typical reliable hand gun? My father bought a ruger for $400.

ARs are like $700 minimum.

These kids are saving for years, that's the only explanation

Edit: Alright I did a quick google search. Your standard, standard rifle can be had for around $350. It might be a .22 or 9mm. Whether these are actually reliable or not, idk. But it's doable for these kids to get an AR.

handguns are around $200-300 for a decent one. you can also find used hi-points for $100. AR's before this last shooting could be gotten for $400-500, maybe $350 if you built it. AK's have also dropped to $500.

ot, its not difficult. outside of the vegas shooting most of the killers rifles were entry level ones that you can afford by saving up with a summer job in high school and just have your parents buy it for you.

You can take out a loan.

That's why some people are considering trying to float legislation preventing banks from loaning money that will be used to purchase firearms/ammo.

Also, if you're eighteen living at home, you can get a job.

And people can sell them for whatever they want to sell them at on the secondary market. Hell they can literally give them away. Guns are often stolen in home break-ins too, because thieves know they carry value. With so many ways for guns to filter into society, it's silly to fixate on primary retail exclusively.

Would be a little more after shipping and ffl transfer but there you go. A real mass murder machine for less than $500. It doesnt even have sights but Assault Rifle 15s dont need them because they are just meant for spraying bullets from their 30 round assault clips as fast as possible.

Correct. If the kid gets 20 dollars a week as allowance(not including 50 bucks or so from grandma on certain occasions) he would save up to 1,040 per year and I guess that's enough to buy guns.

Adults have bills. A kid without bills can work a part time job for a month and afford one. They can also get a gun from their own house which is often the case
