yeah. everyone has a shadow self in the metaverse, but palaces are manifestations of specific distorted individuals. any shadows found inside those palaces are conjurations of that person's psyche ("cognition" in P5 terms).

alright so most of this I covered in the b8 discord but try to run over everything:

the setup of days/nights/time limits was really confusing. The game seems to have a weird balance of heavy tutorials and also assuming you're familiar with the games

I've put off doing the palace for a few days but finally about to start. formed partial bonds with Takemi (already like her a lot), Ryuji and Sojiro

got a convenience store job and solved exactly one line of a crossword puzzle
