If you count the deli downstairs in my office building, less than once a week on average.

If you don't, then I'd say I've had fast food maybe two or three times, in airports, over the last 6 years.

If you define fast food as junk food (McDonalds, Subway, Pizza, Taco Bell etc etc), 0-1 times a week.

If you include delis, cafes etc for sandwiches, salads, then 2-4 times a week (I buy lunch at work a lot)

It's what I mainly eat. I eat it 6-7 times a week and almost every day. it's a food group in my dietary habits.

lol I'm actually skinny. But fast food is SOOOOO good.

Plus I don't know how to cook anything so it helps that you can get instant food. Fast food, pizza, chinese take out, HOT wings! You name it!
