I've been wondering the same for a while, i don't even think there's youtube redirectors or anything like how niconico has... and if there was i don't think it's ok to talk about it on gamefaqs :/

hola browser extension used to do this, dunno if it still does reliably/privately or whatever

most good VPNs have a UI so simple a monkey could use it and are fairly cheap

there are probably youtube unblocker websites out there that you paste a youtube link into and it does its best to get you the video

dont feel guilty about any of this, geo-blocking is a terrible anti-consumer practice that should be banned under law, but we must resort to this instead
