I'm in Tostarena and there's one behind the counter of Crazy Cap, and I can't figure out how to get to it. The bird says there's a Power Moon called Employees Only, and I assume it's that one. I've tried dressing up in one of their uniforms, and crawling all around the store, but no luck.

I don't want the answer handed to me, just a hint please. This one's been bugging me a while.
