Why do some employees not take pride in their work and not care? This is their careers! I personally had to get one fired for not looking clean for the job and having a bad attitude.

If you work at a bank and don't look professional and act it, you'll get fired. For some reason at Taco Bell and McDonalds, it isn't that way. I wonder why...?

idk tbh. It bothers me too. I used to work fast food and I got paid minimum wage but I always cleaned up before a shift and always treated the customers respectfully. If you can't at least do that then you aint got a very bright future.

been in food business for years and when u see general managers and even district manager get treated like dirt and fired on the spot - you relate that to yourself and know that the suits don't give a shit about the workers and wonder why workers don't give a shit about the job.
