Yep, because the government will go out all with the full strength of the military against Americans and wipe its own country the fuck out, leaving nothing to control....

And the whole military will go along with that, none of them will resist or think to defect over dropping bombs on their own family members. It's not like drone pilots get PTSD over having to bomb total foreign strangers or anything like that.

10 U.S.C. 311 does indeed define the militia as all able bodied men 17-45, but did anyone mention the 2008 DC vs Heller decision that explicitly establishes that the 2nd Amendment protects an individual's right to own a gun, regardless of any military or militia affiliation?
