Have you ever seen Food Inc. or Supersize me? Its kind of disgusting that peolpe just don't understand what their food is made out of. I can't imagine eating steak ever again after seeing what they do to cows. I've been a vegan for about 5 years now and my body has never been in better shape. People ask how I get my protein which is hilarious. I get it from beans, chicken, lentils, eggs, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and fish. Its incredibly simple but I guess people are just brainwashed by Tyson or Perdue overlords

Ehh, you could've done better. There's nothing better than a truly exceptional beef steak, but I feel like a well-prepared cauliflower steak would be more satisfying than the steak in this pic.

Keep in mind that I don't dislike tofu altogether & have enjoyed it in stir frys, ramen, etc.; I've just always strongly disliked it when I tried it as a hot dog substitute.

This is very wrong. All cauliflower needs is some salt, and to be seared to the point where it's caramelized on the exterior, but still somewhat crunchy at its core.

(Cauliflower is also excellent in curry)

I somewhat agree, but only if you replace "good" with "exceptional". An exceptionally-done beef steak is definitely better than an exceptionally-done cauliflower steak, but the former is way harder to pull off than the latter, and an exceptionally-done cauliflower steak is better than a "good" beef steak.
