Go get therapy and talk about your issues with them. Learn to have more self-esteem and love yourself. Happiness and love comes from within not from others. Yes others can help but it means nothing if you don't feel it for yourself. Once you accomplish this then start trying to make friends and have relationships. It's much easier than you think.
