can I get some technical help? I'm using a LG G2 (yes I know, it's old) and while I was recording a video on my phone, it made a message that the storage reached its max. So I stopped and when I went into my gallery, it only had a 53 second video, so I deleted it. The problem is that it says that there is still like 2.85 gbs in my "pictures, videos" section. So I tried to move out all my pictures from my phone to my computer, but it stills says I have 2.67 gb. When I try to go into it to see what the 2.67gb is, it shows nothing. I mean it literally says "no files". Is there anyway to get rid of that 2.67 gb gunk from my phone? I'm having a feeling it's probably a bunch of corrupted files, except I can't click on it because it doesn't have a thumbnail.

If you go in to settings-apps, there is usually a 'clear cache' option for each app. Do that for all your apps, that can clear out old junk files. When you moved the photos, did you Copy & Paste, or Cut & Paste?

Did you check to see if your phone has a temporary trash folder for recently delete photo/video? You might need to clear it.

Yeah I checked all the temp files already, not there either. I think it's junk files that is floating around, I might need to factory restart my phone or something.

Photos and videos downloaded through social media apps are sometimes stored in their own directories. Do you have any sort of cloud sharing or backup setup? They too can also take up space.

Dude, thank you so much! Yeah looks like the video went to my cloud system called "the box". Thank you again.
