oh you mean the thingy

pick magic, discard strength i -think-
you definitely want to pick magic for the +1 mana
i think if you discard defence you get last stand way later in the game. but this might only be in kh2

Always discard sword, it only gives stats that you can acquire with enough synthesis recipes

Taking Staff gives +1 magic
Taking Shield gives +1 ap

That said, staff also means you won't get the guard attack until like level 32 or so. And that's pretty darn late in the game.

i think i always discard shield but when i replay it i might try discarding sword for a change.

i wonder if i should just start up the first game instead of trying to get back into monster hunter world. i haven't touched the game in like a week and have been really wanting to replay the main 2 KH games.

Magic points help you use abilities and in final mix there's a few actually well worth using

Yeah and you get more healing with the magic stick. Thats the only reason anyone picks it
