It's a slim case but you can pop a cassette in and control it with an app. I'd use it!

That'd be swell. I have a billion cassettes and all my players are busted. That said, I could just as easily buy another Walkman probably.

I had a dream last night in which I discovered you could play cassettes, CDs, and the audio from VHS tapes on a turntable. You just had to set them on there and start it spinning.

A smartphone cassette player is a little gimmicky but it's also kinda rad. I remember some car stereo cassette players were able to detect the breaks between songs.
