today starts with my alarm and my drive to work
at work i drink my coffee and start running around setting up a few computers
i lock myself out of the IT room
climb in through a window and get my key card
some lady see's me and laughs, then she asks for help
I follow her to where she works
everything she shows me isn't working
and I can't fix any of it
my frustration grows (internally)
she walks me over to another area where more computers refuse to be fixed
[I'm dying inside by now]
I leave, promising to solve all their problems
much later, after a long series of things not working
my gf gets to work
I feel tired like absolute shit
when I get like this, I tend to push everyone away and want to be left alone
I keep my words very short
she things it's all her fault somehow
she get's mad and stops talking to me
I leave
...
...
...
I decide to try journaling and let my frustration out
feel much better
....
....
...
gf won't text back
the silence is killing me lads

when i first got home, she texted me asking what was wrong
being in the state i was, i gave her a bunch of wordy texts about how i feel weird and how i don't understand my emotions very well and a bunch of other depressing shit
then once i had a chance to calm down, it was too late
I sent her another text explaining i didn't really mean all that, but nothing

Did you explain to her how you were having a bad day because things were going wrong and you were frustrated by all of it? if you did and and she's still treating you like this in the next couple of days then maybe consider that she doesn't have your best interests in mind.

maybe so, but now i wonder if i had her best interests in mind when i so easily gave into my frustrations...
