glitteringfairy 02/12/18 2:48:33 AM #1:	just got it on steam. how the hell do i get people to move into the city. i built residential, commercial, power plant, and water. the population is still at zero. do i have to "open" the city or something? the commercial buildings are becoming abandoned because there are no workers --- "How come you can believe in God but not Bigfoot?"
